If your GP is accredited to Wolper Jewish Hospital, you can remain under the care of your own GP, or be looked after by our own accredited physicians and specialists.
Whichever option you choose, our resident medical officers are available 24 hours a day to provide constant medical supervision.
And at every step of your treatment, you’ll have an expert team on hand to provide a wide range of services, including onsite rehabilitation and radiology.
Your room
The 22 private rooms in our medical ward all have windows that open to fresh air. All enjoy a leafy outlook and some rooms have their own private terrace. Each room also has a comfortable, modern ensuite and the latest nurse call and telephone systems, air-conditioning, internet and entertainment facilities.
Your caring staff
Our nurse-to-patient ratio is one of the highest in Australia, so we’ve been able to build a happy, close-knit team of nursing staff. Many have been with us for over 20 years. Our nurses are given the time to get to know you and your family and give you truly personalised care.
When you’re ready to go home, our discharge planner will arrange any special services or help you may need at home.
