Wolper Movewell classes are now available at Beresford Hall in Rose Bay!

Wolper is partnering with Beresford Hall to offer both group fitness and aqua classes in a luxurious setting.

Aqua classes minimise the impact on your joints whilst exercising, allowing you to increase and maintain body strength with improved flexibility and function. Classes will be lead by Wolper’s highly experienced team

MoveStrong classes are gym based classes with exercises that focus on strength, fitness and flexibility. Good for those wanting to maintain or improve overall fitness with a combination of upper body, lower body and functional exercises.
