Healthy Mind, Healthy Body Program


 

IF YOU ARE OVER 65 AND WANT TO MAINTAIN YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING,
THIS PROGRAM COULD BE FOR YOU

 

WHAT’S INVOLVED

AT WOLPER

Individualised exercise, facilitated brain training and a combination of yoga, mindfulness, dietary and occupational therapy education.

These 3-hour sessions will take place at Wolper Jewish Hospital, once a week on Wednesdays (11:30am – 2:30pm), for 12 weeks.

 

AT HOME

Home-based tasks to be completed throughout the week. Attendees will receive a workbook to guide them through. These tasks will be monitored, and feedback will be provided to ensure progress.

COST

$80 per week ($60 for pensioners) as well as a one-time payment for progress assessments with our geriatrician throughout the program.
